The website is made up of written articles and outbound links. Measured against 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, its operator is thus not a primary producer and not a secondary producer either, so the record-keeping requirements do not apply.

Live shows and images reached through our links belong to the operators of the respective chat and cam platforms. Those operators are responsible for checking the age and identity of every performer and for keeping the records the law requires. Their own 2257 statements are published on their websites.
