DMCA Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-23

transgenderchat.net consists of our own text and links. It stores no performer photos or recordings. If something here nonetheless infringes a copyright that belongs to you, or to someone you represent, we deal with it under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Sending a notice

Please use our contact form and select the copyright topic. A valid notice contains:

  1. the copyrighted work you say is being infringed, or a representative list if there are several;
  2. the precise address on transgenderchat.net where the material can be found;
  3. how to contact you: your name and postal address, a phone number and an email address;
  4. your good-faith belief, stated in writing, that the use lacks permission from the owner, its agent or the law;
  5. an assurance that the details you sent are correct and – under penalty of perjury – that you are the owner or entitled to represent the owner;
  6. your physical or electronic signature, for example your typed full name.

Complete notices are reviewed promptly. Where they are justified, we take the material down or block access to it.

Counter notice

If something you published was removed and you think that was a mistake or a misidentification, send a counter notice through the same form. Include the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed in error, your name, address and phone number, your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, outside the US, any district where we may be found), and your signature. We may restore the material after 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant tells us they have filed a lawsuit.

Material on cam platforms

Shows, profiles and pictures on the platforms we link to are hosted by those companies. Please send removal requests about them to the platform concerned.
