Hello there, glad you found us
Before you look around: the chats this site leads to are sexual and made for grown-ups. Are you 18 or over? If the law where you live sets the adult age higher, that higher age counts, and adult content has to be allowed for you there.
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-23
Short version: we keep no user accounts, run no analytics, place no advertising pixels and load no outside scripts. The little we do process is listed below.
1. Hosting and request logs
Pages reach you through Cloudflare, Inc. For every request, Cloudflare sees technical details such as your IP address, the rough country it points to, your browser type and the time, and it uses them to deliver the page and block abuse. We use the country for two things only: legal access limits and the regional notice about age checks. No profiles are built from it. Cloudflare works for us as a service provider and describes its own data handling in its privacy statement.
2. Your age confirmation, stored locally
Once you have said you are 18 or over, your browser stores a single local-storage entry called tgc_adult_ok, so the question does not come back on each page. Its value is “ok” plus the time of your answer, and it is accepted for 30 days; after that the site deletes it and asks once more. It is not a cookie and never travels to us. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes it sooner. No other entry exists, and this one only serves the age question, so the site needs no cookie banner.
3. Messages through the contact form
When you write to us, we keep your message, the subject you picked and a reply address if you entered one. Everything is saved in a key-value store inside our own Cloudflare account; no form service or mail provider sits in between. It serves one purpose, replying to you, and is deleted within twelve months – earlier whenever you ask us to.
4. Where Start takes you
Each Start link on this site points at /to-chat, an address on transgenderchat.net itself, and opens a new browser tab. Behind that address sits a tiny forwarding step: it checks just which device family the user-agent line of your browser names (iPhone, Android or a desktop computer), saves nothing and moves you along within the same moment: first to the affiliate network CrakRevenue, from there to Stripchat. Stripchat, run by a company separate from ours, hosts trans models who stream live on webcam. What reaches CrakRevenue and Stripchat on that hop is what any website receives with a request, together with our site name and the device family; from your arrival onward, their privacy policies are the ones that apply. Our pages load no script, frame or pixel from either of them, and in regions with strict age-verification laws the link is exactly the same plain one.
5. Cookies and trackers
Our pages set no cookies and contain no analytics, advertising pixels, social buttons, outside scripts or outside fonts; the typeface is served from this domain.
6. Partner links
The Start link includes our referral code. If you open an account on Stripchat or pay for something there, CrakRevenue can match it to transgenderchat.net, and we may then earn a commission. The reports we get back contain counts and sums only, never your identity.
7. California residents (CCPA and CPRA)
The California Consumer Privacy Act and the CPRA give you rights we are happy to honour. We neither sell personal information nor hand it over for cross-context advertising, and we process no sensitive personal information. You can find out what we store about you, have it corrected or removed, and none of this changes how the site treats you. Ask through the contact form; answers arrive within 45 days. People in other US states or in Europe can use the same route.
8. No minors
Everything here is for adults. We never knowingly gather data from anyone under 18. Should a message from someone under 18 have reached us, please tell us, and we will erase it.
9. Updates
Any change to this page also changes the revision date at the top. For questions, use the contact form.
